The Life Member Mentoring Programme is set up for the purpose of keeping contact and dialogue between Parish Councils and the Provincial Executive so that problems, issues, and concerns can be dealt with in a timely manner.

It is recommended that the Life Member Mentor contact the councils on her list and report any difficulties to the Provincial Executive by way of the Life Member Liaison. Contact will be made prior to each provincial Executive Meeting and Provincial Convention. Keep in mind that dialogue works both ways. Councils should feel comfortable enough to be able to contact the Life Member Mentor at any time.
